Rosen Shingle Creek
Rosen Shingle Creek opened in September 2006. It is one of the largest full-service convention resorts in Central Florida. The 230-acre resort offers 1,500 guest rooms and suites, and 250,000 square feet of dedicated, state-of-the-art meeting space that includes a 95,000-square-foot column-free ballroom. Special Group Rates
The Hotel is pleased to confirm the prevailing government Conference lodging rates in effect during the time of the meeting. Current Conference lodging rates are $111 for single occupancy. The Hotel will honor the confirmed rates for the Group for three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based upon availability this rate will be available until Monday July 2, 2007.

Internet is available in all guest rooms at the price of $20 for the entire stay or $9.95 a day.

See the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)  41CFR part 301-74  which states:
§301-74.7  What is the conference lodging allowance?
The conference lodging allowance is a predetermined maximum allowance of up to 25 percent greater than the applicable locality lodging portion of the per diem rate. Under this reimbursement method, employees will be reimbursed the actual amount incurred for lodging up to the conference lodging allowance.
§301-74.8  Who may authorize reimbursement of the conference lodging allowance for a Government sponsored conference?

The approval authority for the conference lodging allowance is the Government agency sponsoring the conference. The sponsoring agency will determine the appropriate conference lodging allowance, up to 25 percent above the established lodging allowance for the chosen location, and that rate shall be allowable for all employees of any agency authorized to attend the conference. The determination must be made by a senior agency official at the sponsoring agency.
§301-74.9  Who may authorize reimbursement of the conference lodging allowance for a non-Government sponsored conference?

The travel approving official of a Government employee authorized to attend a non-Government sponsored conference may authorize the employee to be reimbursed for lodging expenses incurred up to the conference lodging allowance rate.

Check-In/Check-Out
The Hotel will make a reasonable effort to accommodate early arrivals prior to the Hotel's normal check-in time of 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
