When making your flight reservations plan on using Orlando International Airport (MCO).

To participate in all of the activities scheduled for this three day event, it is recommended that you arrive at the Hotel Monday evening, July 23rd. We recommend scheduling your departure from Orlando no earlier than July 26, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.

If you plan to attend the Basic Fleet Management educational session on Sunday, July 22nd, you will need to arrive on Saturday, July 21st. (Also be sure to identify your intent to attend this session on the registration form.) If you plan to attend agency meetings on Monday, July 23rd, you will have to plan your arrival accordingly.

Ground Transportation
You can access a number of ground transportation options at MCO, including rental cars, taxis, long-distance vans, door-to-door shuttle vans, direct-to-airport buses, and public buses.

Board outbound scheduled buses, shared ride and long distance vans, taxis, and hotel and rental car courtesy vans on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal under the sign designating the particular transportation desired.
