Originally from Denver , Colorado , Darren Gomez served in the United States Navy for eight years. Darren spent a total of 18 years with the Department of Defense and it was while working for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service that Darren discovered that his true passions were customer service and public speaking. In January 2001, Darren made a career change and came to the General Service Administration where he served as the Chief Of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer for GSA. Presently Darren is the Director of the Project Management Office in the Human Resource Services Division of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Darren is an award winning speech writer and has developed presentations on subjects such as Statistics and Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Change Management and his always popular Pardon Me Your Attitude is Showing. |
