FAST – I'm a FAST Administrator For My Agency: What Are My Responsibilities?
If you are an experienced agency administrator for FAST, have recently been given this responsibility, or are about to, this is the session for you. Attendees will learn the basics of setting up an agency hierarchy, managing downstream users, using the FAST email system, setting closing dates, using the internal quality/consistency tools, using the internal query tools, and so on. New features of FAST this year will be covered as they affect high-level and experienced users.

Monitoring Driver Performance
Drive Cam -- Improving Driver Performance

Attendees at this workshop will gain an overview of Driver Risk Management (DRM) technology -- what it is and is not -- and a greater understanding of how the technology is helping government agencies and private enterprises identify and eliminate risky driving behaviors across fleets. Attendees will hear real examples of organizations that have increased safety and reduced vehicle damages, workers' compensation, personal injury and related claims costs fleet-wide by using DRM technology. Speaker will show actual video evidence of risky driving behaviors and help attendees identify the most common risky behaviors likely present in their own fleets.

Vehicle Registration System Requirements
Working together, GSA's Office of Governmentwide Policy and agency Headquarters Fleet Managers are developing a government-wide Federal Vehicle Registration System in response to national security concerns. This system is similar to State Motor Vehicle Administrations and will contain identification and assignment data on the Government's 600,000-plus motor vehicles. What does this mean for you, the Federal Fleet Manager? Will this system interface with other systems? What additional security benefits will be realized? Have your questions ready – we will have the answers! Please join us and learn all the details of this new mandate.

(ASO) Aviation Safety Program Management
Aviation Ground Safety concerns the movement around hangers, ramps, maintenance areas, and facilities. Damage caused by “ground” accidents and incidents represents a major cost to Federal aviation programs. Safety measures have tended to focus mainly on aircraft safety in flight. This presentation discusses issues specific to ground safety such as human factors, response to incidents and accidents, reporting, and proactive management.

This presentation will provide information on the legal risks inherent in Federal agency aviation operations and an overview of the legal system as it relates to aviation safety. Participants will gain a working knowledge of the legal processes affecting aviation safety and Federal agencies responsibilities when responding to aviation accidents and incidents, and a discussion of the NTSB and FAA regulations and agency responsibilities when an aircraft accident occurs.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention
Credit card fraud is a major crime category, costing the public billions of dollars each year. For law enforcement professional, fighting credit card fraud can be an arduous and time-consuming task. Individuals as well as organized crime groups perpetrate credit card fraud. GSA Fleet manages over 180,000 cards nationwide. The GSA Office of Inspector General has expanded its efforts in GSA Fleet credit card detection and elimination.
